Project Information

About this project:

This is the Diku Alfa to Dead Souls 2 Mudlib project ("dikualfatodeads")

This project is hosted by SourceForge.net. The project team describes it as:

Readme 10-05-14 What this is: An almost complete version of the Diku Alfa areas ported to the Dead Souls Mudlib (http://dead-souls.net) Included are all areas, mobs with their respictive functionality, and maps (text files) of all areas except Zone 80 (unmappable, by me at least). To enable proper viewing of the Composite Midgaard Map you may have to disable "text wrapping" in your editor. What is NOT included is player magic (spells) or player leveling. Contents: diku-alfa folder - domain folder of areas, npc's, objects, etc. Maps folder - area maps indexed by zon number Modified DS files - folder with modified Dead Souls lib files readme - you're reading the file now. How to Install: 1. Copy the diku-alfa folder to your dsx.x.x/lib/domains folder 2. Copy the modified Dead Souls lib files to their respective locations. Read the "Description and Placement of Modified DS base files" and look at the diffs and Diff Output folder for more information
